Are you a tenant of the Foundation? Please contact our Property & Estate Manager on all routine matters, including repairs. Telephone during office hours (020 7735 1925) or (our preference) send an email.

Urgent repairs/property matters
We do not operate an emergency out-of-hours service.  Outside our office hours where immediate action is needed to protect people or property tenants should make the necessary arrangements with professional, accredited tradespeople. See here for NICEIC approved electrical contractors and here for approved gas and heating engineers.

In such circumstances all reasonable expenses where supported by documentation will be reimbursed (but we shall not do so if the matter is not deemed to have required immediate action as described above). Please report the facts to us as soon as possible.

You should familiarise yourself with the location of the mains water stop cock, the electricity board (often referred to as the fuse board) and gas valve in your property.

Other repairs
Non urgent repairs should be reported as above.  We will schedule an inspection and any necessary works and let you know when these are to be undertaken.
