If you are unable to get through to our out of hours number please instead see here for NICEIC approved electrical contractors and here for approved gas and heating engineers. In such circumstances, all reasonable expenses, supported by documentation, will be reimbursed (but we shall not do so if the matter, in our view, did not require immediate action as described above). Please report the facts to us as soon as possible. You should familiarize yourself with the location of the mains water stop cock, the electricity consumer unit (in the past referred to as the fuse board) and gas valve in your property. Other repairs
