Walcot Foundation Trustee board
Responsibility for the work of the Foundation rests with our Board of Trustees, (who we refer to as Governors). The Board meets throughout the year and is supported in its work by three committees: Grant-making & Communities, Finance & General Purposes, Investments.
Trustees (Governors) represent a wide range of skills and experience including equity centered philanthropy, community innovation, education, property, accountancy, public health and investment. The combined expertise of Trustees, staff and advisers and the community help in the running of the Foundation and setting its direction.
Trustees (Governors) are appointed for a three-year term and may, altogether, serve three terms. Governors are recruited using an open recruitment process.
