If you are dissatisfied and have reason to complain about our service
We do our utmost to provide a good service and we really do welcome constructive suggestions about how we can improve it. If you believe our service has fallen short of our aim, please raise this with the member of staff you had contact with. They will do their best to find an acceptable resolution.
If you remain dissatisfied, put your case in writing to the Director using the form on this page. If we find that we have been at fault in any way, we shall apologise, seek to make amends and review our procedures to minimise any chance of recurrence. Please note that decisions on grants are made by the Governors within the terms of our Schemes, and at their absolute discretion. There is no right of appeal in relation to these, though we shall certainly consider reasoned submissions which identify errors of fact or thinking which we may have made. |
