How we are run
Our three charities are managed by a single Board of fifteen Governors. The Board is registered as a limited company (not for profit) and is recognised by the Charity Commission as the sole trustee of - The Hayle's Charity, The Walcot Educational Foundation and the The Walcot Non Educational Charity.

The daily operation of the grants programmes and the Walcot Estate is the responsibility of the Director, assisted by the staff of the charities.
