Job Transition Grants

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS 
Job Transition Grants are a one-off grant payment of £300 made to young people in order to help with the costs associated with starting work.
Grants are only accessible to individuals  who:
- Currently live in Lambeth
- Are age 18 - 30
- Receive regular employment support from an eligible Walcot Foundation partner organisation
- Have secured employment for 12 hours or more a week 

Applicants will need the support of a referral partner in order to apply. Please read the full guidance document for more information on this.  
The application form and declaration form must then both be submitted before an assessment is completed.

Grants are not for emergency need and applications can take up to 2 weeks to process once they have been submitted.
