![]() A grant of £15,337 has been awarded to Leap Confronting Conflict for its Self–Leadership project. It will be delivered in Lambeth's Park Campus Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), targeting disengaged young people who have been excluded from mainstream education and who have behavioural problems. The programme uses an interactive workshop format with games, role play, group discussion and pair work to support participants to understand the causes and consequences of conflict, and equip them with the tools and skills to manage conflict effectively, consequently enabling them to make choices that support them to achieve their aspirations. The aim of the programme is to prepare and enable the young people to return to mainstream education.
