The Governors have awarded £68,564 over three years to Status Employment for their Lambeth Employment and Achievement Project (LEAP). The organisation was established in 1991 and assists people with disabilities and mental health problems to find and retain employment. This project is for an “early intervention” approach towards providing one to one advice, employability skills training and additional social/recreational activities for young people aged 18-30 with mild to moderate mental health issues.
