Application forms are in MSWord (93-97) format, allowing many of our applicants to complete them on their own PCs. Some other downloads are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

NB After completing the application you will need to print it and sign it before returning it to us.

We require grantee projects, organisations and schools to acknowledge grants in any publications or reports. See box - right.

Grant application forms Please post your completed application or deliver it through our letter box. We are a small team and cannot respond to callers at the door without an appointment.
Grants for individuals & families in need	(Applications may be made ONLY by a 'recognised referrer' and not the person in need themselves) To be used for school uniforms, goods and services that will help in moving individuals and families from financial poverty. Post-grant Evaluation Reporting
Standard Evaluation Report	This should be used by all recipients who were advised that an evaluation report was a condition of the grant - except for Play Schemes (see next box)

Please acknowledge our support Grant recipients should acknowledge the Charities' support in any publication (printed or electronic), poster or presentation and, if possible, in any related newspaper article or broadcast media. Acknowledgements should use our name - The Lambeth Endowed Charities - and where appropriate our logo (this can be supplied in various electronic formats - see here). If grant recipients wish to issue press statements that mention us, we should be given a draft copy for comment in advance. Thank you.
